Pull request overview
This PR fixes a bug (#1482) where starting Dev Proxy with the -e (environment variables) flag would fail due to conflicts between ASP.NET Core's built-in command-line configuration provider and Dev Proxy's System.CommandLine parser.
Key changes:
- Removed
argsparameter fromBuildApplicationmethod and its call toWebApplication.CreateBuilder() - Added clear documentation explaining why command-line args should not be passed to the ASP.NET Core builder
